Ask on GitHub Discussions: how to do something, whether Gotenberg fits a use case, how to deploy it.

Report a bug

Open a GitHub issue with what it takes to reproduce it:

• The version: GET /version, or the Gotenberg-Version header of any answer, and the image variant.
• The request, as a cURL command with the files, cut down to the smallest one that still fails.
• The answer: its status, its message and its Gotenberg-Trace.
• Gotenberg's logs for that trace, at --log-level=debug if you can.
• The configuration: the answer of GET /debug, with --api-enable-debug-route on. Remove anything private first.
